Shipping policy

Processing
We pack your order within 1 to 2 business days after payment (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). During sales events, processing may take one extra day. A confirmation email with your tracking link is sent the moment your order leaves our warehouse.
Estimated delivery times
After dispatch, your order usually arrives within:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 6–12 business days
- United Kingdom, Australia and Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–15 business days
These are estimates provided by our carriers. Weekends, holidays, customs checks and local postal conditions can add a few days.
Shipping rate
We charge a flat shipping rate of $9.95 per order, whatever the number of bottles. The final amount is always shown at checkout before you pay. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to local import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Following your order
Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or visit our Track Your Order page. Tracking can take up to 2 business days to show the first update. No email? Look in your spam or promotions folder, then contact us at contact@soranikorea.com.
Delays, losses and delivered-but-not-received
If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or if your order is marked as delivered and you can’t find it, let us know. We’ll open an investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel can’t be found, we’ll reship your order or refund it.
Wrong address
Please review your address carefully at checkout. Spotted a typo? Email us right away and we’ll fix it as long as your order hasn’t been packed. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address are refunded for the product price only.
Editing or cancelling an order
Write to us as quickly as possible with your order number. Once your order is packed, it can no longer be modified or cancelled — but you’re still protected by our 90-day risk-free trial.
