Refund Policy

90-day risk-free trial
Give your lashes time. Use SORANI every day, and if you don’t see or feel a difference, you have 90 days from delivery to request a full refund of the product price. There’s no need to send the bottle back.
How it works
- Email contact@soranikorea.com with your order number.
- Tell us briefly how it went — it helps us improve.
- We confirm your request and refund your original payment method.
Good to know
- The trial is limited to one request per customer and per address.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Approved refunds are sent within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few additional days to show it on your statement.
- Refunds are made in the original currency; we don’t cover exchange or bank fees.
Damaged, leaking or incorrect items
If your bottle arrives damaged or leaking, or if you received the wrong item, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We’ll ship a replacement at no cost or refund you — your choice.
Cancellations
You can cancel as long as your order hasn’t been packed. Contact us as soon as possible; once packed, the 90-day trial applies instead.
Fair use
To keep this trial available to everyone, we may decline requests showing signs of abuse (for example repeated requests, or orders paid with someone else’s card) and may ask for information to verify an order.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated. The version online on the day you placed your order is the one that applies to it.
